- Our standard matt lacquer almost gives the impression that the floor is a bare wood surface and completely untreated, or treated with natural oil. The soft-to-touch natural surface is extremely tactile and feels so good underfoot. On a more practical note, matt lacquer is as hard wearing and as easy to maintain and clean as a silk matt lacquer surface.
- Bevel edges of an i-strip floorboard accentuate its plank shape in highly dramatic fashion. A stronger bevel on all edges is a design feature renowned for giving a wooden floor a rustic look, and this is a popular design trend in many New Zealand homes these days
