The Wooden Floor Company ships flooring products and accessories throughout New Zealand.
Free Shipping on Samples
All flooring samples ordered through our website are shipped free of charge within New Zealand. (Please note, samples cost $0.50 each).
Samples are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for wooden flooring samples are free.
For larger flooring product orders, quotes and shipping must be arranged by contacting us directly.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. As a general guide:
- Auckland: 1–3 business days
- North Island: 2–5 business days
- South Island: 3–7 business days
Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier or freight providers.
Delivery Address

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and include photographs so we can assist in resolving the issue.
